Use emotional compass to examine and describe exactly how you feel at times when conflicting or overwhelming emotions are difficult to identify. emotional compass is also useful for testing emotional intelligence. Describe the definition of an emotion to test yourself or a young one on their vocabulary. To help improve emotional intelligence it is wise to have a good emotional vocabulary.
Emotions are broken down in to categories until you reach their definitions.
Useful if you're overwhelmed and are working through difficult feelings.
